Lauren is an Australian Citizen living in the United Kingdom. She studied law both in Australia and Canada and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. Lauren enjoys working on a wide variety of cases across a variety of areas including, skilled migration scheme, family streams and business visas.  Some of her most recent notable achievements have been:

 

- Obtaining a 12-month Multiple Entry Visitor Visa for an applicant who was currently banned from entering Australia for 3 years due to previous overstaying;

 

- Obtaining a spouse visa (unmarried partner visa) for an applicant whose initial application for the same visa was denied;

 

- Successfully lobbying the Department of Immigration for use of the limited work exception of the Business Entrant (Short Stay) on 2 separate occasions; and

 

- Preparing a successful application for a Returning Resident Visa for a British National who had been absent from Australia for almost 10 years.

Education:    

 

Lauren studied both Law and Business in Queensland, Australia for 5 years.  She has gone on to further post-graduate studies in Law generally and Migration Law more specifically in recent years.
